Sure! 

1. The polaroid add on includes a 16 pack of polaroid film and a polaroid camera (to rent). Polaroid camera must be returned in working condition.

2. The Champagne arrival package includes a bottle of Moet Chandon Brut Imperial, 2 champagne glasses, a small timber table to stand the glasses on and a champagne cooler. You can keep the Chandon but need to return all other items.

3. The picnic setup for hire includes a champagne cooler (no champagne included), picnic basket, picnic blanket, 2 champagne glasses, Utensil set for two people including two plates, forks, knifes, spoons, wine glasses, serviettes, bottle opener and salt & pepper shakers. All wrapped in luxurious canvas roll bags. All items to be returned.

4. Bluetooth speaker hire includes a small bluetooth speaker for hire for the duration of the event.

Our hire packages include travel up to 50 km each way from Newstead, Brisbane. If your event is further away, we charge $1.50/km each way.

The minimum hire period is three (3) hours. This ensures we can provide a relaxed, stress-free experience for your event.

No, the Kombi is chauffeur-driven only. This ensures the safety of our guests and the protection of the vehicle.

No. The van does not have tether points for child restraints, so we cannot accommodate child seats.

For the preservation of the vehicle, food and drinks are not permitted inside the Kombi. However, you’re welcome to enjoy refreshments outside during your event. A cleaning fee will apply if the interior is soiled.

Yes! We’re happy to accommodate special requests if arranged in advance. This might include decorations, music preferences, photo stops, or other custom touches.

Cancellations & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change! Our refund structure is as follows:
7+ days before the booking: Full refund
3–6 days before the booking: 50% refund
0–2 days before the booking or no-show: No refund
Note: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

3. Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule once at no extra charge if requested at least 7 days in advance.
Rescheduling within 3–6 days of the booking will incur a $75 rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling within 48 hours may not be possible and will be treated as a cancellation.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

The Kombi is fully enclosed and weatherproof, so your hire will go ahead rain or shine. We recommend discussing backup photo locations with your photographer.

Yes, additional hours beyond the minimum hire can be arranged at an hourly rate. Packages for weddings and special events are also available upon request.

The Kombi does not have modern air-conditioning. However, it’s designed for breezy, comfortable cruising — simply slide open the windows and enjoy the fresh air and relaxed vibe of the ride.
